Amit Kumar Chiripal is a seasoned sales, business development, and marketing professional with over 19 years of experience in the software, inter-networking, information security, and semi-conductor industries. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Director of Sales/BD at Tech Mahindra, where he serves as a Group Manager for Sales/BD engagements of "Product Engineering" & "Enterprise Security Services" BU's. Amit has a strong background in strategy, sales, pre/technical sales, account management, business development, product management, and product/technical marketing. He has worked with top-tier companies such as Broadcom and Cisco, where he held senior positions and managed sales, account management, and business development engagements for chip/SoC solutions in various domains, including Data Center, SP, Mobile Net, Mobile Backhaul, Enterprise, SOHO, Automotive manufactures/solution providers. At Broadcom, Amit managed the sales/business development/design-win engagements of BRCM's ING business (products/solutions) in the India/SEA region and managed OEM accounts like Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, Arista Networks, Ericsson, IBM, ALU, Avaya, Dell Force10, Ciena Networks, PointRed, AirTight Networks, Vihaan Networks, KPIT Cummins, TCS, Mahindra-Satyam, Symphony Teleca, Tektronix, to name a few. He was also responsible for managing engagements with channel/distribution partners and software ODC partners. At Cisco, Amit worked on technical/product marketing, product management, business development, and managed software engineering & solutions teams.
